Party Cocktail Sausages & Baked Beans

Party Cocktail Sausages

1 lb. mini smokies
1 c. BBQ sauce
¼ c. orange marmalade

In a large skillet combine sausages and BBQ sauce. Stir over med. heat till heated through. Gradually stir in marmalade. Serve warm.

Baked Beans

1 c. BBQ sauce
4 slices bacon, diced
1 tsp. bacon drippings or oil
¼ c. finely chopped onion
¼ c. finely chopped green bell pepper
2 cans – 15 oz. ea. White kidney beans, rinsed and drained
3 Tbl. chili sauce

Cook bacon in med. skillet till crisp; drain on paper towels and set aside. Reserving 1 tsp., discard drippings. Sauté onion and pepper in reserved drippings. Combine all ingredients in 1 qt. casserole dish and bake, uncovered at 350 ºF for 30 minutes.

**I doubled all ingredients of both recipes, except, I used 1 whole med. to large onion and 2 whole lg. green bell peppers. I also used 1 whole pound of bacon. I simmered it all in the crock pot for 4 to 6 hours on low.

Chris's Lemon Dream Pie

Chris's Lemon Dream Pie

1 (15 1/2 oz.) can lemon pie filling – larger would be better!
1 (6 oz.) container lemon yogurt
8 oz. cream cheese
1 lg. container cool whip
1 ready made deep dish graham cracker pie crust

Let cream cheese come to room temp. Beat in cool whip (room temp.), pie filling and yogurt till all is blended. Spoon mixture into crust and refrigerate for 2 – 3 hours. You may sprinkle some graham cracker crumbs on top if you wish. Serve!

Spinach Au Gratin

1 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/3 cups milk
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Sharp Cheddar cheese
1 pound fresh spinach, or 3 packages (10 ounces each) chopped spinach, thawed
1/3 cup fine, dry bread crumbs

In a saucepan, melt butter. Add flour, mustard, salt and pepper.
Gradually add milk and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add 2/3 cup of the cheese to sauce. Stir until cheese is melted.

Drain spinach and chop coarsely. Place in 12x9x2" baking pan. Pour cheese sauce over spinach. Mix remaining cheese with bread crumbs. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 375° F for 30 minutes or until crumbs are browned.

Makes: 8 servings

Easy Hamburger Soup

1 - 16 oz bag or more of frozen mixed vegetables
1 package of McCormick's Beef Stew mix in the packets you buy in the store
3 cups of water [mix package requirements]
1lb. of ground beef or maybe ground turkey
any other seasonings to your liking, like maybe some garlic or onion or other vegetables not in the mixed veggie bag.

Brown the ground beef, drain off and discard the fat. Add the 3 cups of water, the Beef Stew mix and the vegetables. Bring to a boil, then turn down to a simmer, and cook till the vegetables are to the tenderness of your liking. Serve with French bread or rolls.

2 cups cold milk
2, 4 serving size, pkgs. Jell-O Lemon flavor instant pudding & pie
filling can use cooked one
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 pkg. Dream Whip
1 baked pie crust

Pour milk into a large bowl and add dry pudding mixes and juice. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended. Mixture will be thick. Spread all but 1 cup of pie filling in the crust. Mix the 1 package of Dream Whip as on the package. Take the cup of pie filling and 1 cup of Dream Whip and mix together. Carefully spread the mixture over the first layer. Return to the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or until ready to serve it. With the Dream Whip spread on the pieces and grate some lemon peel if you wish. Return the remainder of the pie to the refrigerator.
If you use the cooked pudding and pie filling to cut back on time use the microwave instructions to cut back on time. Before you put this in the pie crust it must be cool or at least room temperature.

Dump Cobbler

1 stick of butter
2 cups of sugar
1 1/2 cups of flour
2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 cups of milk
2 cans pie ( apple, strawberry, blueberry, cherry or peach )

Melt butter in 8" x 16" pan. Mix all ingredients, except pie filling in a bowl. Pour mix into pan with melted butter. Add pie filling spread evenly throughout mix, bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour.

Mix and cook in micro till sugar is dissolved. Add 2 cans or jars of beets, not pickled, just plain ones. Add boiled eggs and place in refrigerator for about 1 week.

1 ice cube

Place ice cube on top of cabbage & seal into one large foil packet.
Place on grill or hot coals for 20 min. Turn occasionally. Cabbage will be tender & amazingly delicious!

1 (1.7 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
3 cups non-dairy whip cream
2 cups fat free non-dairy creamer (dry)
1 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Combine ingredients into a large bowl and mix with a hand mixer until smooth. Pour into plastic container and freeze 2 to 3 hours before serving.

You can make non dairy chocolate with chocolate pudding and put some cocoa powder in.. to suit your tastes.

4 medium ears of corn, husked and silked
2 medium ripe tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup red onion, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
1-1/2 tsp red wine vinegar
8 large basil leaves, cut in strips
Salt and pepper

Grill corn over medium fire, turning several times, until kernels are tender, or about 10 minutes. When corn is cool enough to handle, cut ears in half lengthwise with a chef's knife. Stand each piece on cut end and slice downward several times to remove all kernels. Place corn in a large serving bowl. Add tomato and onion. Drizzle with vinegar and oil; stir gently. Add basil, salt and pepper to taste; stir gently. Can be set aside at room temperature for 1 hour.

3 lb. or more boneless pork loin
1 can (16 oz.) cranberry sauce (we use jellied but can use whole-berry)
1 envelope dry onion soup mix

Rub roast with salt, pepper and desired seasonings (we use salt sparingly because onion soup mix has quite a bit of salt). Place roast in crock-pot then break up cranberry sauce with fork and spread over roast. Sprinkle onion soup mix over cranberry sauce and cook for 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high.

Crockpot Hamburger Soup

Crockpot Hamburger Soup

1 pound lean ground beef
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp basil
1/4 tsp seasoned salt
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 Tbs soy sauce
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup carrots, sliced
1/2 cup macaroni, cooked
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Crumble beef into slow-cooking pot. Add pepper, oregano, basil, seasoned salt and dry onion soup mix. Stir in 3 cups boiling water, tomato sauce and soy sauce, then add celery and carrots. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Turn control on high. Add cooked macaroni and Parmesan cheese. Cover and cook on high for 10-15 minutes. Other vegetables may
be added, if desired.

Bacon Ranch Potato Salad

Bacon Ranch Potato Salad

3 pounds red potatoes with skins left on (cut into 1/4-inch slices)

1/3 cup cold water
1/2 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing
1/4 cup ranch flavored dressing
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp garlic powder
6 slices bacon (cooked crisp and crumbled)
1/2 cup celery slices
1/2 cup red pepper strips
1/2 cup sliced green onions

Place potatoes and water in 3-quart microwave dish and cover. Microwave on high for 14 to 16 minutes or until tender, stirring after 8 minutes; drain. If you prefer, cook whole potatoes in water on stove until tender, then drain and cut in to chunks once they have cooled.

Mix dressings and seasonings in large bowl until well blended. Add potatoes and remaining ingredients; mix well.
 
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Yield: 16 servings or about 8 cups

Strawberry Tapioca Salad

Strawberry Tapioca Salad

2 packages vanilla tapioca pudding mix (4 serving size each)
1 large package (6 oz.) strawberry Jell-O
3 cups water
1 container (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1-1/2 cups cut up fresh strawberries (can use frozen berries, thawed and drained well)

Mix tapioca pudding and Jell-O with the water and boil rapidly for 1 minute over medium heat, stirring. Chill until thickened. Fold in whipped topping and strawberries. Put into a 9 x 12 inch dish and refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares to serve and if desired can put cut salad on small lettuce-lined plate.

Note: It is also very good, using raspberry flavored Jell-O and raspberries, in place of the strawberries.

1 12 oz. can of Pepsi
1 10 ¾ oz. can of cream of mushroom soup
½ of a 1 ¼ oz. package onion soup mix
Pork Roast
Cornstarch or Flour

Place roast in crockpot. Mix dry soup mix with can of soup in bowl. Stir in Pepsi. Pour on top of roast. Cook on high for 4-5 hrs or low for 8 hrs.

Remove roast, add cornstarch or flour to juices to create gravy. This can be made in 325 degree oven ….. bake covered 4 hrs. I double the Pepsi and soup ingredients because we like the gravy.

BAHAN:
200 g mentega
150 g gula pasir berbutir halus
6 kuning telur ayam
150 g tepung beras, ayak
25 g maizena
200 g ketan hitam, kukus
2 putih telur ayam, kocok kaku
1/4 sdt pasta pandan
100 ml es krim rasa vanili
50 g kacang almond, panggang, cincang kasar

CARA MEMBUAT:
Siapkan loyang chiffon berdiameter 22 cm, olesi seluruh permukaannya dengan mentega, taburi tepung terigu. Sisihkan.
Kocok mentega bersama gula hingga lembut, masukkan kuning telur satu per satu sambil terus dikocok.
Masukkan tepung beras dan maizena, aduk rata. Tambahkan ketan hitam, aduk kembali hingga rata.
Tambahkan putih telur kocok dan pasta pandan, aduk rata.
Tuang adonan ke dalam loyang, panggang dalam oven bersuhu 180º C selama 40 menit hingga mengembang. Angkat. Dinginkan, potong-potong.
Tambahkan 1 scoop es krim di atasnya, taburi kacang almond. Sajikan segera.

The Churros

Here's the ultimate recipe to make your own churros at home, just like they were at the churrería stands. Of course, the difference here is price. Here you can make a whole batch for what is cost for a few. Once you make the churros, you can make the authentic chocolate dip to dunk them in.

Ingredients: (Makes one platefull)
Vegetable or Olive Oil
1 cup water
1/2 cup margarine or butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup all-purpose flour
3 eggs
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)

Prepare to fry the churros by heating oil in a pan (1 to 1&1/2 inches) to 360 degrees F.

To make churro dough, heat water, margarine and salt to rolling boil in 3-quart saucepan; stir in flour. Stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball, about 1 minute; remove from heat. Beat eggs all at once; continue beating until smooth and then add to saucepan while stirring mixture.

Spoon mixture into cake decorators' tube with large star tip (like the kind use to decorate cakes). Squeeze 4-inch strips of dough into hot oil. Fry 3 or 4 strips at a time until golden brown, turning once, about 2 minutes on each side. Drain on paper towels. (Mix Sugar and the optional cinnamon); roll churros in sugar or dump the sugar on the pile of churros, like the pros. That churro taste will take you right back to your favorite summer days walking the paseos of Spain.

Note: REAL churros in Spain are made without cinnamon mixed with the sugar, but the cinnamon adds an extra nice flavor.


Chocolate for Churro Dunking

4oz dark chocolate, chopped
2 cups milk
1 tbsp cornstarch (also known as cornflour and is the powder that causes the thickening)
4 tbsp sugar

Place the chocolate and half the milk in a pan and heat, stirring, until the chocolate has melted. Dissolve the cornstarch in the remaining milk and whisk into the chocolate with the sugar. Cook on low heat, whisking constantly, until the chocolate is thickened, about five minutes. Add extra cornstarch if it doesn't start to thicken after 5 minutes. Remove and whisk smooth. Pour and server in cups or bowls for dunking churros. Do not pour over churros, but use the mix for dunking churros after every bite. Served warm.

Bahan :
300 gram udang segar yang kecil
1 lembar daun kunyit, iris tipis
250 gram tepung beras
350 ml santan dari 1/4 kelapa
1 kuning telur
minyak untuk menggoreng

Bumbu halus :
3 butir bawang putih
1 1/2 sendok teh ketumbar
2 cm kunyit
3 buah cabai merah
2 sendok teh garam

CARA MEMBUAT :
Aduk bumbu halus, tepung beras dan telur.
Tambahkan santan dan daun kunyit, aduk rata.
Sendok adonan dengan sendok sayur tambahkan beberapa ekor udang.
Tuang ke pinggir wajan, goreng sampai matang.

Bahan :
200 ml tepung beras
110 gram tepung kanji
550 ml santan dari 1/4 butir kelapa
1 butir telur, dikocok lepas
10 lembar daun jeruk, diiris tipis
75 gram teri medan
Minyak untuk menggoreng

Bumbu halus:
3 siung bawang putih
3 butir kemiri
1/2 sendok teh ketumbar
3 cm kunyit
1/4 sendok teh jintan
1 1/2 sendok teh garam

CARA MEMBUAT :
Aduk bumbu halus telur, dan santan.
Tuang sedikit demi seidkit ke dalam tepung beras dan tepung kanji sambil diaduk rata.
Tambahkan daun jeruk, aduk rata.
Ambil satu sendok sayur. Tambahkan 1 sendok teh teri medan.
Tuang ke tepi wajan yang panas sambil disiram-siram hingga lepas dari wajan.
Goreng sampai renyah.

Bahan:
100 gr kacang tanah, sangrai, potong 2
200 gr tepung beras
400 ml santan cair
2 sdt air kapur sirih
6 lembar daun jeruk, buang tulangnya, iris halus
Minyak goreng

Bumbu halus:
4 siung bawang putih
4 btr kemiri
2 sdt ketumbar
5 sdt kencur
1 sdt garam

Cara membuat:
1. Campur bumbu halus dan tepung beras serta daun jeruk, tuang santan dan air kapur sirih, aduk rata.
2. Panaskan minyak di atas api sedang, ambil satu sendok sayur adonan, taburi kacang, tuang adonan ke pinggir wajan biarkan cairan mengalir dan melebar.
3. Lepaskan dari pinggir wajan, goreng sampai kering, angkat, tiriskan.

Tips:
" Untuk mendapatkan rempeyek yang renyah, santan harus benar-benar cair, jangan gunakan santan kental.

" Air kapur sirih digunakan untuk menambah kerenyahan rempeyek.

Bahan:
100 gr tepung beras
3 sdm tepung kanji
500 ml santan
1/2 sdt garam
1/2 sdt merica bubuk
1 btr telur
10 lbr daun jeruk, iris halus
100 gr cumi telur, cuci, iris bulat tipis

Haluskan:
5 siung bawang putih
3 btr kemiri
2 sdm ketumbar
2 cm kencur

Cara Membuat:
1. Campur tepung beras dan tepung kanji, aduk bersama santan, garam dan merica, aduk hingga licin. Tambahkan telur dan bumbu halus, aduk rata.
2. Maukkan irisan daun jeruk dan cumi telur, aduk rata.
3. Siapkan wajan dadar diameter 12 cm, panaskan, tuang satu sendok sayur adonan, masak hingga adonan terlepas, angkat, sisihkan.
4. Panaskan wajan besar, tuang minyak, goreng kembali adonan hingga kuning kecokelatan. Angkat, tiriskan.

1 sdt ketumbar
4 siung bawang putih
2 cm kunyit
3 cm kencur
2 sdt garam

CARA MEMBUAT:
1. Aduk rata bumbu halus, tepung beras, tepung kanji, telur, santan dan daun jeruk.
2. Panaskan minyak, ambil satu sendok sayur adonan rempeyek, tambahkan 1 sdt teri nasi, tuang ke pinggiran wajan.
3. Siram-siram adonana hingga terlepas dari wajan, goreng terus di atas api sedang hingga renyah.

CARA MEMBUAT:
1. Campur tepung beras dan tepung kanji, aduk rata. Tambahkan bumbu halus dan daun jeruk, tuangkan santan sedikit demi sedikit, aduk rata.
2. Ambil satu sendok sayur, beri satu sendok teh rebon kering, tuang di pinggiran wajan. Siram-siram dengan minyak panas hingga tepung tidak menempel dan tenggelam dalam minyak panas.
3. Goreng rempeyek hingga kecokelatan dan kering, angkat, tiriskan.

Sebenarnya Rini dari Bekasi ini iseng-iseng membuat camilan sore hari buat keluarga. Ternyata apel berbalut tepung ini sangat disukai keluarganya. Lapisannya renyah, taburan susu dan karamel membuat rasa apel yang renyah asam menjadi lebih enak. Apalagi jika dinikmati hangat-hangat.

Bahan I ( apple Ring ):
3 buah apel Fuji yang tua
2 sdm NESTLé®Dancow Fullcream
100 g tepung terigu
1/2 sdt soda kue
50 g gula pasir
1 butir telur ayam
2 sdm mentega tawar,lelehkan
Air secukupnya
Minyak Goreng

Topping & Karamel:
50 gr gula halus
1 sdm NESTLé Dancow Fullcream
susu kental manis Carnation sesuai selera
75 g gula pasir

Cara membuat:
Kupas apel dan buang bagian biji sehingga berlubang di tengahnya, potong masing-masing menjadi 5 bagian agar nampak seperti cincin, rendam dalam air dingin supaya warna tidak berubah.
Campurkan tepung terigu, susu Dancow dengan baking soda, aduk rata.
Kocok telur dengan gula pasir hingga lembut, tambahkan mentega cair.
Tambahkan campuran terigu, tambahkan air sedikit demi sedikit hingga menjadi adonan lembut dan kental.
Masukan potongan apel, goreng dengan minyak sedang sampai kuning kecoklatan angkat dan tiriskan.

Topping:
Campur gula halus dengan susu Dancow hingga rata. Sisihkan.
Panaskan panci di atas api kecil, masukkan 1 sdm gula pasir. Biarkan hingga leleh. Tambahkan sisa gula sedikit demi sedikit hingga seluruhnya leleh dan kecokelatan. Angkat.

Penyelesaian:
Susun apel goreng di piring saji, taburi campuran gula dan Dancow.
Beri susu Carnation. Hiasi dengan karamel.

1 sendok teh kayumanis bubuk
70 gram mentega
50 gram gula pasir halus

BAHAN ALAS :
50 gram margarin, dikocok lembut
75 gram gula pasir halus
2 butir telur, dikocok sampai berbusa
120 gram tepung terigu
1/2 sendok teh baking powder
2 buah apel fuji, dikupas, potong tipis-tipis
50 gram kismis

BAHAN HIASAN :
1 buah apel fuji, dilubangi tengahnya, iris tipis-tipis
2 sendok teh gula pasir halus·Kayumanis bubuk


CARA MEMBUAT :

Aduk bahan topping dengan garpu. Sisihkan

Alas: aduk margarin kocok, gula, telur, tepung, dan baking powder. Tuang ke dasar loyang bongkar pasang dengan diameter 18 cm, tinggi 6 cm yang sudah dioles margarin.

Tambahkan apel dan kismis. Tutup dengan bahan topping. Oven selama 45 menit, angkat. Diamkan 10 menit.

Hias dengan irisan apel, taburkan gula pasir dan kayumanis bubuk.

CHUROOS

Bahan:
250 ml air
100 gr margarin
1 sdt gula pasir
130 gr tepung terigu protein tinggi
4 btr telur

Bahan Taburan:
100 gr gula halus
2 sdt kayumanis bubuk

Cara membuat:

   
1. Didihkan air, margarin dan gula pasir hingga mendidih, masukkan tepung terigu sekaligus, aduk dengan sendok kayu sampai adonan tidak melekat di panci, angkat dari api.


2. Setelah dingin, masukkan telur satu persatu sambil diaduk hingga rata.


3. Masukkan adonan dalam kantong segitiga, beri spuit bintang, semprotkan adonan berbentuk kipas, di atas sodet.


4. Goreng dalam minyak yang banyak dan sedang panasnya, hingga berwarna kuning kecokelatan, angkat, tiriskan.

5. Sajikan churoos dengan bahan taburan.

Untuk 6 orang


* Churoos enak disajikan selagi hangat.

Brownies Pisang



Bahan:
4 kuning telur
2 putih telur
115 gr gula pasir
25 gr tepung terigu
25 gr cokelat bubuk
1/4 sdt baking powder
60 gr mentega cair
25 gr dark cooking chocolate
6 bh pisang raja, iris panjang tipis

Olesan:


150 gr dark cooking chocolate, lelehkan
50 gr white cooking chocolate, lelehkan
2 bh pisang raja kukus, potong 1 cm

Cara membuat:
1. Siapkan loyang ukuran 8 x 20 x 7 cm, alas plastik tahan panas, oles margarin seluruh permukaannya.
2. Tim hingga mencair mentega cair dan dark cooking chocolate, sisihkan.
3. Kocok telur, gula pasir hingga mengembang dan kental, tambahkan campuran tepung terigu, cokelat bubuk dan baking powder sambil diayak, ratakan.
4. Masukkan cairan cokelat ke dalam adonan, aduk rata.
5. Tuang setengah bagian adonan dalam loyang, kukus selama 20 menit, angkat, jajarkan potongan pisang di atas adonan, tuang kembali sisa adonan, kukus hingga matang. Angkat, dinginkan
6. Oles bagian atasnya dengan dark cooking chocolate, hias dengan white cooking chocolate, beri potongan pisang.

Bahan:
500 gr tepung terigu protein tinggi
11 gr ragi instan
3 gr bread improver
100 gr gula pasir
15 gr susu bubuk
2 btr kuning telur
1 btr telur
350 ml susu cair
5 gr garam
75 gr margarin

Bahan Pencelup:
100 gr mentega, lelehkan
150 gr cokelat chip

Cara membuat:
1. Campur tepung terigu, ragi instan, susu bubuk dan gula pasir, aduk hingga tercampur rata.


2. Kemudian masukkan telur dan susu cair, uleni hingga tercampur rata, tambahkan garam dan margarin, uleni terus hingga adonan kalis dan tidak lengket di tangan.


3. Bulatkan adonan dan diamkan adonan selama 30 menit. Lalu kempiskan adonan dengan cara ditinju agar gas hilang.


4. Timbang adonan masing-masing 50 gr, bulatkan dan diamkan adonan selama 15 menit. Siapkan cetakan lubang tengah, oles dengan margarin.


5. Ambil satu bagian adonan, kempiskan, lalu bulatkan kembali, kemudian celupkan dalam mentega cair, gulingkan dalam cokelat chip.


6. Masukkan adonan dalam loyang, saling bertumpuk sampai 2 cm dari tepi loyang. Diamkan adonan selama 30 menit, sebelum di panggang oles bagian atas roti dengan susu. Panggang dalam oven selama 15 menit dengan suhu 180 derajat Celcius. Angkat, sajikan.

Bahan:
125 gr mentega
175 gr gula kastor
3 btr telur
150 gr tepung terigu
25 gr cokelat bubuk
1/4 sdt baking powder
1/4 sdt soda kue
100 ml susu
2 bh kaleng bekas makanan kaleng, diameter 8 tinggi 11 cm
1 sdt esens rhum

Olesan:
125 gr mentega
125 gr mentega putih
50 gr gula halus
100 gr cokelat putih, tim hingga leleh

Cara membuat:


1. Oles kaleng dengan margarin, lapis dalam kaleng dengan kertas roti, oles margarin.


2. Kocok mentega, gula kastor hingga mengembang dan putih. Masukkan telur satu persatu sambil kocok hingga rata, tambahkan tepung terigu yang sudah dicampur dan dengan cokelat bubuk, baking powder dan soda kue sambil diayak, aduk rata.


3. Terakhir masukkan susu dan esens rhum, aduk rata,


masukkan adonan ke dalam cetakan kaleng. Panggang dalam oven dengan panas 180 derajat Celcius selama 45 menit. Angkat, keluarkan dari loyang.

Bahan:
100 gr mentega/margarin
125 ml susu cair
3 btr telur
150 gr gula kastor
150 gr tepung terigu }
1/2 sdt baking powder } campur rata, ayak
1/2 sdt soda kue }

Isi:
1 1/2 sdm tepung terigu
1 1/2 sdm tepung maizena
375 ml susu cair
120 gr gula pasir
5 gr agar-agar putih
100 gr jeruk mandarin kaleng, tiriskan, potong-potong
75 gr manisan ceri merah dan hijau, potong-potong
1 sdm rum (bila suka)

Sirup jeruk:
50 ml air
50 ml sari jeruk kental
50 gr gula pasir

Cara membuat:


1. Jerangkan mentega dan susu hingga leleh, angkat, dinginkan.

    
2. Kocok telur dan gula hingga kental dan mengembang, masukkan bergantian campuran tepung terigu dan campuran susu, ratakan


3. Tuang adonan ke loyang tulban diameter 18 cm yang sudah diolesi margarin dan ditaburi terigu, panggang selama 45 menit.


4. Buat isi: larutkan terigu dan maizena dengan sedikit susu.  Rebus sisa susu, gula, dan agar-agar sampai mendidih, tuang larutan tepung, aduk sampai kental, angkat.


Masukkan buah-buahan dan rum, aduk rata, sisihkan.

5. Buat lubang pada dasar dan keliling bolu hingga bolu setebal 2 cm. Sisihkan remah-remah bolu, masukkan lagi bolu berlubang ke dalam cetakan.

   
6. Buat sirup jeruk: jerangkan air, sari jeruk, dan gula sampai gula larut dan mengental. Olesi sirup jeruk ke seluruh permukaan bagian dalam bolu hingga rata,


tuang adonan isi ke dalam lubang bolu hingga penuh dan rata, simpan dalam lemari es hingga beku.

Cake Karamel

Bahan:
400 gr gula pasir
400 ml air
6 btr telur
150 gr margarin
200 ml susu kental manis

Campur jadi satu, ayak:
135 gr tepung terigu
75 gr tepung maizena
1 sdt soda kue
11/2 sdt baking powder

Cara membuat:


1. Panaskan gula di atas api sedang hingga menjadi karamel, tuang air panas, aduk-aduk hingga karamel larut. Angkat, sisihkan.


2. Kocok margarin hingga lembut, tambahkan susu kental manis, kocok rata.


3. Masukkan telur satu per satu sambil dikocok hingga rata.

    
4. Tambahkan campuran tepung dan karamel secara bergantian sambil diaduk hingga rata.


5. Tuang adonan ke dalam loyang lubang tengah 22 cm, yang sudah dioles margarin dan ditaburi tepung terigu. Panggang dalam oven panas bersuhu 180 derajat Celcius selama 60 menit.

Bahan:
100 gr tepung sagu
5 tetes pewarna cokelat
20 ml air
500 ml air untuk merebus

Cara membuat:


1. Campur tepung sagu dengan pewarna cokelat, aduk rata.


2. Panaskan air hingga mendidih, tuang air sesendok demi sesendok ke dalam adonan tepung, aduk rata. Lalu ambil sedikit adonan, pulung sebesar kelereng, masukkan dalam rebusan air, lakukan hingga adonan habis.


3. Rebus adonan, tunggu sampai mengapung dan berwarna cokelat bening, angkat, masukkan dalam air dingin.


4. Sajikan bubble dengan milk shake atau pop ice.

BISCOTTI

BISCOTTI



BAHAN:
75 gr mentega
125 gr gula pasir
2 btr telur
175 gr kacang mede, sangria, cincang halus
200 gr tepung terigu
2 sdt baking powder

CARA MEMBUAT:

   
1. Kocok mentega dan gula hingga lembut, masukkan telur satu per satu sambil dikocok hingga rata.


Tambahkan tepung terigu dan baking powder sambil diayak dan diaduk rata.


Masukkan kacang mede cincang, aduk rata, bagi adonan menjadi dua bagian.


2. Pulung masing-masing adonan hingga membentuk silinder sepanjang 22 cm, letakkan di loyang yang dialas kertas roti, beri jarak 10 cm. Tekan-tekan agar lebih melebar.


3. Panggang selama 20 menit dengan suhu 160 derajat Celsius. Keluarkan loyang, potong-potong melintang setebal 1 cm.


4. Tata di loyang lagi, panggang selama 15 menit dengan suhu 120 derajat Celsius, keluarkan kue balik sisi sebelahnya, ulangi memanggang hingga kue renyah. Setelah kue dingin, hias dengan dark cooking chocolate yang telah ditim.
